Hunt’s adventures continue as his men are sent to solve crimes of murder and robbery covering over 250,000 square miles of rugged country. Hunt sends the recruit, Dewey Longman, on a dangerous mission with two of his best Deputy Marshals for evaluation, unaware of the grave danger the men will face. The Denver bank is robbed by a gang of ruthless killers, and Hunt, with a still weak brother-in-law, Clover, is the only U.S. Marshal in town to pursue the bank robbers. But a surprise visitor arrives in Denver just as Hunt and Clover are leaving, and joins them in the search. One of Hunt’s men forms a relationship with a young schoolteacher while performing a task as a favor to her father, whom he met on a mission.
